Master's Degree in Nursing -- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Five (5) years of experience as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to include providing primary care to children of a variety of ages.
New York State Registered License Registered Professional Nurse and Nurse Practitioner
Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
