About the Role

As a Per-Diem pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• You anticipate team needs and provide clear, factual information to facilitate decision-making.

• You drive results that uplift the team, achieving ambitious goals and fostering success.

• You balance hard work with fun, celebrating wins and enjoying the journey.

• You work quickly and accurately, knowing when precision is needed and when 80% is enough.

• You embrace challenges, communicate effectively, and prioritize finding the right answer over being right.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing and inventory management

• Valid Pharmacist License in the state of employment

• Resourceful, optimistic, and a creative problem-solver passionate about helping people

• Team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to build a great customer experience and analyze pharmacy processes, with flexibility for operating hours

• You are available to work within operating hours: Phoenix Pharmacy Hours: 9AM - 5PM MT, Sat & Sun: Closed at 100 E Camelback Rd suite 112, Phoenix, AZ 85012, USA
