Job Summary

The Food Lab is currently seeking a per diem employee for a 20 hours per week position. This position will assist with office and clerical duties, help with training materials, and will also be involved in research related activities.

Essential Functions

• Office duties including scheduling, inventory, organizing files and maintaining lab equipment and cleanliness

• Assist incoming and outgoing communications

• Assist in developing presentation materials

• Research and recruitment support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-2 Years of Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Typically sitting at a desk/table

• Lifting demand ≤ 25lbs

Additional Information

This is a part-time temporary position classified as non-exempt. The pay offered is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
