East 15th street is home to 7 dual diagnosis mobile people with disabilities who all have their own bedroom in a two family style home. The people at East 15th street enjoy going out to sporting events, concerts, movies, amusement parks, restaurants, and local walks in the community, as well as visiting family and friends during holidays.
The amazing team at East 15th street is always looking for affordable events and leisure activities for the people they support to attend. East 15th street consists of 5 men and two women. When the men like to attend the newest movie out, the ladies like to enjoy going to the mall and shop for clothes, jewelry, or shoes. 4 out of the 7 people at East 15th street are able to navigate the community independently while the other 3 require staff supervision at all times in the community. We are always looking for new ways to help the people we support live their best lives.
