The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley - The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley is located at 140 Main Street, Poughkeepsie, NY $1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus We are seeking CNAs (Cerified Nursing Assistants) for all shifts . Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem. CNA Duties Include: Providing compasionate resident care as directed by nursing staff. Assisting residents with hygeine/bathing & ADLs (activities of daily living). Passing meal trays; feeding residents; reporting food & fluid intake. Monitoring residents; reporting any health issues to nurse. Transporting residents within facility Maintaining clean & healthy environment.
