Location: Missouri

PeopleSoft Procurement Project.
We will need some help scoping this, as in how many weeks this may take. From the information below, we need a resource to go onsite in Missouri.
The resource needs to know PeopleSoft Procurement and also needs to be able to document and assist the customer in adjusting their processes to
meet their needs to work best with the software.

PeopleSoft Procurement System
I would like to see what it would take for us to get some folks here on site to observe our procurement staffs processes. See how we use the system. See what our processes are. In essence, perform an Operational Assessment and provide feedback, training, solutions, or whatever to help us better utilize the system(s).
Functional configuration validation exercise
Review their Procurement business processes, which actually may have less to do with PeopleSoft than with the customer

I believe that PeopleSoft can support any business requirements out there; it is very flexible, customizable and extensible, unlike SAP. That said, it can often be the case that a customer embeds their own business practices in PeopleSoft without regard to Procurement industry standards and best practices and that can lead to the perception that PeopleSoft is the problem when, in fact, it is the customer's business processes that need to change.
