Peoplesoft Payroll US Techno Functional

Technical / Functional Skills:

1.Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Functionality

2.Understanding of all configuration for HCM.

3.Knowledge of People Tools is a must.

4.Desire to learn and develop skills.

5.Good breadth of knowledge across the whole application.

6.Ability to map business process to a system solution, identifying gaps and solutions.

7.Able to specify and playback requirements clearly.

8.Wider experience of payroll processes from a business context.

9.Experience in North America Payroll

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Provide support to live implementations/upgrades.

2.Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.

3.Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design.

4.Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.

5.Provide guidance to the client on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution.

6.Build trusted relationships with the client and manage expectations on delivery within scope.

7.Transfer product knowledge to the client via knowledge transfer sessions.

8.Further develop our offerings and methodologies.

9.Provide training and coaching.
