Very strong understanding of HR functions within the payroll Time and Labor domain
Very strong understanding and experience in PeopleSoft HR Functional aspects of the package
Finalize functional sections (Business Requirements, Challenges, and Opportunities) of the RFP for HR, OEEO, Labor Relations, and Payroll.
Develop functional project and resource plan with stakeholders to meet Business Requirements.
Confirm Fit-Gap and System Requirement will meet WMATA business requirements.
Oversee functional tasks and deliverables to ensure dates, requirements, and quality measures are met.
Ensure Organizational Change Management Strategies and Methods will meet the stakeholder and end user needs.
Ensure End User test material and testing is designed and carried out to meet business requirements.
Provide Status Reports and Plan updates. Provide post Go Live support as needed
