Description
This is a professional position involving application end user support in PeopleSoft Financials. Contractor works as part of a team of Business Analysts responsible for ensuring that service goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time parameters, budget, for the PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 application. Working as part of a production support team, this person provides end user support, documents, tests, and debugs PeopleSoft, as needed.
Functional/Technical skills:
10+ years of PeopleSoft Financials functional/technical consulting experience.
In depth understanding of core business processes of Financials modules is essential.
Functional understanding of key processes in General Ledger, Commitment Control, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expenses, and Asset Management modules is desirable.
Ability/Experience interacting with accountants and accounting managers to resolve business process issues and process improvements related to the General Ledger.
Supports all applicable modules including troubleshooting error messages and performing testing based on existing test scripts.
Collaborate with the support team (Business Analysts, testers, developers and administrators).
PeopleSoft 9.2 experience.
Proficiency in Oracle 12c or higher is required.
Proficient with Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools, such as, PeopleCode, Component Interface & Integration Broker, BI Publisher, etc.
Assist support team on functional testing, unit testing, system testing and end user acceptance testing.
BS or MS in Computer Science preferred.
Soft Skills
Strong problem solving experience.
Excellent verbal skills, including conducting/leading client meetings, conducting presentations and advising support team on application issues.
Assist in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities.
Create and maintain documentation and standards.
Create and maintain thorough and complete documentation of all ERP PeopleSoft customizations and application releases.
The project will require time on-site at the Athens GA project location.
Please provide two rates in the proposal: (1) An hourly rate for onsite work inclusive of all travel and expenses, and (2) an hourly rate for remote/offsite work that does not include travel.

VIEW JOBS 11/26/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-24T00:00 Job Description The Infrastructure Business Line of Arcadis is seeking a qualified individual for a North Carolina Market Digital Analyst position to provide analytical and consulting support for the North Carolina Market. This position requires a blend of technical consulting, market development, and management of staff. Technical Expertise includes linear referencing, Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS), Certified Public Mileage (CPM), Business System Integration and data creation/migration projects to local and state Departments of Transportation. Projects focus on the design and implementation of enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) using Esri based software. Market Development includes expanding existing NCDOT relationships and creating new relationship within NCDOT and NCDIT. This position will also support Arcadis engineering staff with digital and analytic initiatives for NCDOT. This could include Safety, Transportation Design, BIM, Traffic Engineering, Bridges, Asset Management, Field Data, and ITS concepts. Staff Management includes the HR supervisory functions of imbedded staff at NCDOT including performance, onboarding, and team building and leadership functions. Staff growth is imperative in support of our "People First" employee initiatives. This position while focused on North Carolina will also participate in the National Digital Practice at Arcadis and will service existing DOT clients across the United States and internationally. This position can be located anywhere in North Carolina or the immediate surrounding areas with preference of being in Raleigh, NC and has the option to work remotely or in the Arcadis Raleigh office. If the candidate is not located in Raleigh, NC then periodic travel to Raleigh will be a requirement. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Designing and modeling advanced linear referencing systems, including both core components and event datasets. * Analyzing and loading datasets to build the LRS network, including centerlines, routes, and calibration points. * Analyzing and loading datasets to build supporting LRS event data. * Integrating external datasets into Roads and Highways for use in producing Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) and Certified Public Mileage (CPM) reports. * Identifying and designing business processes for use in Workflow Manager (WMX). * Developing Data Reviewer checks for the validation of data conversion/creation processes. * Managing GIS data through editing and quality assurance best practices. * Developing and implementing Roadway Characteristics Editor (RCE) sites using ArcGIS Server. * Developing and parsing REST service calls to interrogate enterprise database systems. * Designing and developing geoprocessing models for a range of functions using model builder and python. * Design, implement, and administer Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) of SQL Server and Oracle instances. * Supporting engineering functions using GIS and other digital and analytical software packages Required Qualifications * Minimum years of experience: 11 Years * Education required: Bachelors in Geography, Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, or Computer Science * This position does require travel. Travel amount may be up to 50% but usually less depending on location of origin. * A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
