Job Description
As a PeopleSoft Business Analyst I with OMES you will enjoy:

Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
Support the Central Accounting and Reporting team.
Salary up to: $66,000 based on education and experience.
Responsibilities
Provide functional support to other State agencies for the GPC/AR/BI modules and support the integration of the modules to/from other PeopleSoft modules.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks necessary to meet production and project deadlines throughout the year and ensure the Systems are functioning properly for the end users.
Monitors and responds to assigned help desk cases, including in-depth database analysis.
Work in tandem with the Finance Center of Excellence (FCOE)Implementation Team to coordinate the entire Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Inventory, Grants/Projects/Contracts, Workday and Asset initiatives to meet documented expectations.
Assist in the testing and installation of patches, fixes, service packs or other system changes to assure no interruptions occur as a result of an update or change.
Assist with developing and maintaining training manuals, documentation and schedules and distributing to the user groups, as well as provide training new users.
Direct development and distribution of functional process improvements, corrections, and changes to provide assistance to users in system utilization and functionality.
Working in Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Information Systems and other division within OMES.
