About the Role

Twitch is looking for a people technology specialist who will support the people technology team in the administration and optimization of HR systems and data.

You Will:

  • Reporting to the Director of People Technology, you'll process and monitor data updates and movement between multiple technology solutions within the company. You'll identify and research issues quickly, working with multiple partners and the support of the people technology analysts to document and bring them to resolution.

  • Maintain data integrity, ensuring absolute accuracy of all information between multiple systems

  • Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas of potential process improvement

  • Maintain documentation and support in defining and documenting people technology workflows and processes

  • Support other people technology team projects

You Have:

  • At least 2 years of Human Resources experience in an operational support capacity

  • Functional, current working knowledge of Workday, including basic report writing

  • Spreadsheet skills with the ability to perform standard functions and formulas

  • Focus on data integrity and process improvement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience

In addition to the above specialized experience, you must have Information Technology related experience, demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification) which demonstrates proficiency in each of the following competencies: * Attention to Detail: Leading IT development projects from design to support; evaluating the work of subordinates; * Customer Service: Resolving the most difficult IT customer support requests (e.g., integration or configuration issues) involving a wide variety of different platforms, operating systems, applications, and desktop configuration; * Oral Communication: Identifying and breaking down IT problems using structured problem resolution approaches; conducting IT cost benefit analyses and capacity studies; overseeing a wide range of IT areas from desktop support to enterprise application development; and * Problem Solving: Planning and delivering customer support services, including installation, configuration, trouble shooting, customer assistance, and/or training, in response to customer requirements while identifying and breaking down IT problems using structured problem resolution approaches.
