We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented People Ops Coordinator to join the People Operations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and transparency into the full range of HR disciplines, supporting the Funding Circle USA team.
The People Ops Coordinator will also collaborate with all Funding Circle geos with a focus on global consistency and best practice sharing across offices. You will be in charge of onboarding new joiners, ensuring employee data is entered correctly and timely into HR systems, answering People team questions from employees, and ensuring all Circlers get paid the right amount and on time. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of people projects related to employee benefits, learning and development, and employee happiness. In this role, you will:
On-board new hires (including distribution and collection of new hire documentation, completion of I-9's, equity administration, etc)
Welcome new hires to the team, organize their onboarding sessions, help them get set up, and ensure they have a great onboarding experience.
Ensure our systems always have the right people data by updating and auditing people data on an ongoing basis.
Process employee changes, terminations, and related processes including communications, notifications, filing and systems updates
Pull and manipulate reports for the wider People team.
Be the first point of contact for employee questions and advance issues to other members of the people team if appropriate.
Participate in people projects and initiatives
Assist with crafting people related presentations
Support the tracking and upkeep of employee and manager trainings

You are proficient in Excel and Google Docs
Familiarity with and interest in HR systems and/or tools is a big plus!
