People Operations Specialist

Successful consumer goods organization targeting a People Operation specialist to join the growing team. You are research-oriented when it comes to Compliance and all things progressive, keeping up to date with requirements while keeping employee experience at the forefront. Coordinate employee services as an administrator and keep organized, compliant employee records on file and within software systems Maintain clean employee data entry and efficiently update systems and paperwork at time of initial engagement, hire, and/or termination Ensure all compliance-related matters are kept current and updated in a timely matter and administer changes as needed Prepare regular reports and analyses on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement Acts as a change agent and proactively lead by example in demonstrating openness to business growth and organizational change Oversee HRIS, benefits, and payroll functions for all employees
