The People Operations Coordinator supports the People Operations team as it relates to the administration of the day-to-day operations of Human Resources functions and duties. The People Operations Administrator reports to the People Operations Manager(s) and the primary role is to perform routine administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's entire department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team for HR processes including new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding.

  • Responsible for processing and managing all employee correspondence, set up of personnel files, processing employee changes in the HRIS, and assisting in various research projects.

  • Provide timely and courteous "client" support to Partners and employees with regards to questions or requests of low to moderate complexity using HR ticketing system.

  • Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files.

  • Distribute on and off-boarding information to new hires or employees separating from the Firm, as well as internal onboarding/offboarding team.

  • Submit new employee background check requests and review background check data.

  • Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.

  • Conducts audits of employee files and paperwork.

  • Point person for assigned business unit supporting People Operations related questions and concerns, providing guidance on the `self-service' tools made available.

  • Assist with special People Operations initiatives, projects, and events as directed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.

  • Digital literate and proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Demonstrates accurate, effective written and oral communication skills.

  • Builds and maintains relationships and relates to people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner.

  • Plans work and tasks to ensure timely completion of activities.

  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-through.

  • Embraces technology to effectively communicate, solve problems, and improve efficiency.

  • Models high standards of ethics and trust.

  • Understands and applies quality service in all areas of work performed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or human resource management is preferred

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $41,250 - $82,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
