Office Location: Onalaska, WI

Position Location: Onsite or Hybrid with Flexible Work Arrangements Available

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

Bonus: Company Profit Sharing

In this role, you will manage programs and drive decisions that align with our mission of putting people first, and help us create a workplace that fosters growth, engagement, and high achievement. As a People Operations Business Partner, your expertise in talent management will be leaned on by front-line leaders and senior decision-makers to nurture a culture of empowerment and respect, and position Dynamic as a beacon of innovation and a great place to work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaboration & Strategic Influence: Aligns with management to address team member relations, foster positive relationships, and provide guidance in line with company policies and philosophy. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to build a talent pipeline and identify key talent needs for the business.

  • Advocacy & Team Engagement: Serves as a compassionate internal advocate and guide for team members, connecting them with benefits and support during significant life events, and facilitating problem-resolution through team member relations challenges.

  • Leadership Development: Acts as an advisor, consultant, and coach to enhance team member engagement and productivity, prepare the organization for future talent needs, and develop a leadership bench aligned with Dynamic's people philosophy.

  • Project & Change Leadership: Leads special projects aimed at making Dynamic the best place to work, and supporting key business initiatives within the designated client group. Guide strategic communication and effective change management.

  • Policy & Risk Maintenance: Works closely with the People Operations team to update HR policies and procedures, stays apprised of legislative changes affecting HR practices, and ensures organizational compliance and risk management. When necessary, conducts internal investigations and represents the company through litigation in partnership with legal advisors.

  • HR Program Ownership: Strategically own and manage core HR programs, including leave of absence, compensation, performance management, people data analytics, workers' compensation, unemployment, and engagement.

Education & Experience: Education & Experience:

  • Required: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, coupled with at least five years of professional-level HR experience.

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field with over seven years of experience in a strategic HR role; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification is highly regarded.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Emotional Intelligence: Self-aware and readily adapts to diverse audiences. Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence, and effectively navigate organizational dynamics.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proficient in analyzing situations, thinking critically, utilizing data, and crafting strategic HR initiatives.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences.

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills in managing projects and initiatives across functions, promoting teamwork and collaborative success.

  • Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Compliance and Legal Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations, adept at integrating this knowledge into practical policy and procedural strategies.
