Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...
You'll set up our constant stream of new hires for success. You understand the steps involved in preparing someone to start a new job and will execute all items with ease. You'll work with the People Operations team and across all divisions to ensure new hires are ready to roll on Day 1.
Likewise, you'll support team members as they off-board from Seer. You'll execute all of the tactical work behind the scenes to ensure that the off-boarding team member and impacted teams have what they need to ensure a smooth transition.
You live for organization and a streamlined calendar is your best friend. You'll use these skills to wrangle our onboarding & training calendars, scheduling training in the most efficient way possible. You understand the lift associated with training and are always looking for ways to save our team time.
You'll own the logistics for most People Operations events and internal initiatives. Including managing schedules, catering, room reservations, and communication to the team.
You know how to make team members feel supported and celebrated. You'll support employee programs that recognize our team for their wins and help us create positive and memorable experiences.
You'll own the execution, scheduling and reporting of Seer's training programs. This includes our Leadership Development Program, Food for Thought Series, and a variety of other trainings that are executed regularly.
You'll coordinate the many different pieces of our Internship Program, including managing our career fair and events calendar, handling registration and attendee preparation, and executing all tasks that are needed to keep the program running smoothly.
You'll own the accuracy and reporting of our People Data, making sure it's regularly updated and refreshed and shared with the right stakeholders at the right cadence.
