At Seer, we pride ourselves on innovation; standing out among the rest and enabling our clients to do the same. We strive to live into our motto of 'Stop Guessing' by leveraging big data to drive holistic digital marketing strategy. We get excited at the thought of bringing together millions of data points from disparate data sets, including qualitative data to drive empathy-fueled opportunities and insights. Big Data, automation, and problem-solving at scale: it's what's for breakfast. Could this be love? Maybe.

What about you? Your passion for people and 'team' is unprecedented. You understand the importance of growing, developing, and retaining our team and all of the behind the scenes work that goes into it. You wrangle chaos without fear and challenge the status quo to always keep us improving. You are flexible and know how to work quickly across multiple competing priorities. You take pride in your laser sharp attention to detail and never miss a beat. You understand how process, organization, and details are integral to the success of big initiatives. Your work is your art-- continuously growing, refining, and shaping your craft.

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...

  • You'll set up our constant stream of new hires for success. You understand the steps involved in preparing someone to start a new job and will execute all items with ease. You'll work with the People Operations team and across all divisions to ensure new hires are ready to roll on Day 1.

  • Likewise, you'll support team members as they off-board from Seer. You'll execute all of the tactical work behind the scenes to ensure that the off-boarding team member and impacted teams have what they need to ensure a smooth transition.

  • You live for organization and a streamlined calendar is your best friend. You'll use these skills to wrangle our onboarding & training calendars, scheduling training in the most efficient way possible. • You know how to make team members feel supported and celebrated. You'll support employee programs that recognize our team for their wins and help us create positive and memorable experiences.

  • You'll own the accuracy and reporting of our People Data, making sure it's regularly updated and refreshed and shared with the right stakeholders at the right cadence.

The skills you'll bring to the table

  • You have a color-coded & prioritized inbox, and you're familiar with tools like Follow Up Then, Trello and Basecamp? Yeah, you're as buttoned up and as efficient as they come.

  • You hate the phrase "think outside the box"do people really think in boxes? You have a strong ability to problem solve and break complex challenges in a way that allows you to build digestible, executable solutions.

  • You've got initiative and you're constantly looking ahead for conflicts, roadblocks, and opportunity. You don't wait for someone to ask you to do something; you'd rather ask for forgiveness than permission.

  • You're a data nerd; driven by the numbers to find ways we can be more efficient, more scalable, more automated, and more streamlined. Also, who makes recommendations that aren't data-backed? Reporting and spotting trends gets you pretty jazzed.

  • You are little type A; calling you organized is an understatement. You turn chaos into streamlined process and problem-solve at scale, ensuring our team never encounters the same problem twice.
