Motivate is looking for a detail oriented and diligent People Operations Analyst to join the corporate People team. They will play a critical role in ensuring data quality across employee records, assisting in payroll and benefits administration and monitoring. About the Role

  • Partner with HR Operations team and local HR leaders to accurately process biweekly payroll

  • Facilitate benefits administration including new hire orientation and open enrollment

  • Partner with HR Operations team on leave of absence administration

  • Participate in testing, review, and roll-out of Ceridian enhancements

  • Ensure timely and clear communication for all HR initiatives and projects

  • Ad hoc reporting as required

  • Assist with HR projects and other duties as assigned

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • You have 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources

  • You are a self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You are consistently taking the initiative to kick start projects or push them across the finish line

  • You have exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills

  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and are keen not to let things fall through the cracks

  • You have a high degree of judgement especially when it comes to handling confidential and sensitive matters

  • You have experience working effectively with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders

  • You are a wiz with microsoft office, google applications and HR Systems

Bonus points

  • Love of bikeshare / biking

  • Experience in a startup or high growth company

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
