Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or related field or the equivalent in related work experience
Minimum of 5 plus years of progressive Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion.
The ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal and presentation skills) at all levels of the organization.
Experience working with large global organizations with diverse employee demographics strongly preferred
Experience working with all levels of management and team members and the ability to work with cross functional teams
Demonstrates proficiency with all Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook; experience in webinar administration

ability to organize priorities and effectively manage projects
Proficient in establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
This role is a newly created that will provide strategic direction and leadership in the design and delivery of programs and processes focused on enhancing diversity, inclusion and team member engagement. This position will direct impact in building a diverse and inclusive work environment where all difference are valued and represented, while all team members feel welcome and able to bring their authenticity to deliver results. Another key area of focus is to drive employee engagement initiatives and programs focused on championing Stericycle's culture.
Manage and create an overall strategic roadmap with short and long term initiatives that address organizational wide employee engagement, culture, and diversity and inclusion goals.Partner with key stakeholders and HR to translate the strategy to effectively integrate D&I into current business strategies and operational routines.
Develops and implements impactful enterprise-wide Diversity & Inclusion strategies and partners with stakeholders across the enterprise. Provides direction and coaching to Diversity Worldwide Leadership Council, 7 Pfizer Colleague Councils and leaders of nearly 100 Colleague Resource Groups globally. Focus on Manage the rollout, implementation and action planning of engagement programs.
Develops ss and manages organizational wide, diversity, inclusion and engagement metrics. Measures impact of new initiatives against key performance indicators and metrics to monitor effectiveness of existing programs and initiatives making recommended changes if needed.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition to drive continued commitment to building talent pipelines for underrepresented groups and an inclusive hiring process.
As a key member of the Learning & Development team this position will partner in the creating of learning programs that drive diversity and culture awareness and employee engagement.
This position will also perform a wide variety of duties which include but are not limited to project management, project implementation, analytical reporting, high-level communications, training and education content development, and other general support for all global engagement initiatives.
