  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or related field or the equivalent in related work experience

This role is a newly created that will provide strategic direction and leadership in the design and delivery of programs and processes focused on enhancing diversity, inclusion and team member engagement. This position will direct impact in building a diverse and inclusive work environment where all difference are valued and represented, while all team members feel welcome and able to bring their authenticity to deliver results. Another key area of focus is to drive employee engagement initiatives and programs focused on championing Stericycle's culture.

Manage and create an overall strategic roadmap with short and long term initiatives that address organizational wide employee engagement, culture, and diversity and inclusion goals.Partner with key stakeholders and HR to translate the strategy to effectively integrate D&I into current business strategies and operational routines.

Develops and implements impactful enterprise-wide Diversity & Inclusion strategies and partners with stakeholders across the enterprise. Provides direction and coaching to Diversity Worldwide Leadership Council, 7 Pfizer Colleague Councils and leaders of nearly 100 Colleague Resource Groups globally. Focus on Manage the rollout, implementation and action planning of engagement programs.

Develops ss and manages organizational wide, diversity, inclusion and engagement metrics. Measures impact of new initiatives against key performance indicators and metrics to monitor effectiveness of existing programs and initiatives making recommended changes if needed.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition to drive continued commitment to building talent pipelines for underrepresented groups and an inclusive hiring process.

As a key member of the Learning & Development team this position will partner in the creating of learning programs that drive diversity and culture awareness and employee engagement.

This position will also perform a wide variety of duties which include but are not limited to project management, project implementation, analytical reporting, high-level communications, training and education content development, and other general support for all global engagement initiatives.

As a Service Asset and Configuration Manager Service Asset and Configuration Manager working on the Core Technology & User Experience team, you will be empowered to define, establish, and maintain Global IT Service Management Core Processes based in ITIL best practice. In this role, you will contribute to Takeda's mission by serving as Service Management Process owner and subject matter expert for Service Asset Management and Configuration Management. A typical day will include: POSITION OBJECTIVES: * Defines, establishes and maintain Global IT Service Management Core Processes based in ITIL best practice * Serves as Service Management Process owner and subject matter expert for the following processes : * Service Asset Management * Configuration Management * Support other Service Management Process and contribute in process integration to enable Integrated Service Management model * Leads the implementation and adherence of the set of ITSM Processes globally POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Provides ITIL best practice Service Management process consulting at a strategic, design, and operational level for the Takeda's environment * Maintain CMDB Data quality oversight * Defines and monitors process KPIs to identify risks and issues * Oversees implementation, coaching and monitoring adherence of ITSM Processes globally * Establishes the process definition plan, identify the reviewers and process sign-off mechanism * Initiates and maintains a process compliance training program for IT internal resources as well as service provider(s) staff by working with IT training team * Provides proper hand-holding of the processes to service delivery/operation team (including Service Providers) to meet configuration management expectations * Manages the relationship with other IT teams to be able to operate end to end Service asset life cycle * Analyzes both Process and Service performance to provide inputs for build actions and/or decision making * Leads ITIL maturity audits and provides recommendations to ensure continual improvement. Drives continual process improvement * Collaborates with both Service Integration team and ServiceNow Platform team for improvement * Being as backup when other Service Management process owners are unavailable to continue business operations EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred or relevant systems experience. MBA Preferred * 7+ years of information systems experience in multiple areas of IT. * 3+ years of global project leadership and execution * ITIL accredited * Experience of managing outsourcing service providers * Ability to work comfortably and diplomatically across departments within a large international corporate environment * Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including managers and staff. * Ability to partner effectively on cross-functional projects or teams. * Ability to adapt across multiple functions including internal and external teams. * Excellent project management skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time. * Excellent planning, analytical and interpersonal skills. * Experience in managing services delivery, including support during IT integrations and divestitures. * Demonstrated skills/results in the following: * Communications * Accomplishing results through others * Business knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
