We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our TOM PXT Department and lead the Compliance and Recruiting Department as an PXT Specialist, Manager.

This position will provide you with the opportunity to partner with a dynamic and analytical group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a high-volume recruiting environment while also providing support to the business through the administration of audits and compliance programs. The Manager will regularly interface with other teams regarding the administration of the programs including background checks, drug testing, and Driver Qualification File.

We expect the PXT Specialist, Manager to be a passionate customer and candidate advocate, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, continuous improvement and a focus on how to leverage technology to remove barriers for their team.

The PXT Specialist, Manager plans, directs and leads all phases of successful operation for sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding interim associates. Develops team members so that each member of the team is fully trained and utilized to the optimum level.

This role is both a strategic and hands-on which provides specialized PXT support to the TOM Organization. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving PXT functional excellence and process improvement. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Improve and maintain compliance metrics for human resources, leadership, and business review

  • Conduct on-site and virtual compliance audits, draft audit reports detailing methodology, results, and recommendations

  • Assist with new compliance projects as needs arise

  • Utilizes labor plan and forecasts

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Able to handle multiple problems simultaneously.

  • Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.

  • Able to continuously improve processes and procedures.

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 7+ years experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports.

  • Experience in human resources supporting hourly employee client groups with employee populations of 2,000+

  • Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments

  • Knowledge of recruiting media such as job postings, job site aggregators, ATS and job distribution tools

  • MS Office experience, including ability to independently use MS Excel formulas for report

  • Advanced graduate degree (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred)

  • Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 7-10+ years.

  • Demonstrated success in stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles

  • Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports and leading large HR teams with talented HR professionals

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Fortune 500 companies that adhere to a high hiring standard that equals Amazon and mentors their brightest employees to accept greater challenges.

  • Prior experience supporting large hourly employee client groups (distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)
