Join us, and let’s make HR fun and engaging together Primary Responsibilities: Facilitate engaging and informative Workday HRIS training sessions for employees and leaders.

Utilize HR case management to effectively handle and resolve employee questions and changes. Act as the primary contact for payroll and benefit-related inquiries, delivering exceptional support to Integrity business units in Fort Wayne, IN, including Ash Brokerage, One Resource Group, and Oberlin Marketing. Maintain and update information in Integrity’s company databases and Workday HRIS, ensuring the People & Culture Partner team is well-supported.

Provide knowledgeable guidance on Integrity’s handbook, HR policies, and procedures, addressing employee inquiries and concerns with clarity and empathy. Serve as the initial point of contact and liaison for all employment related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. Facilitate payroll changes by collaborating closely with employees and the payroll team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Generate and audit bi-weekly employee commissions reports prior to payroll runs, ensuring precision. Utilize HR reports to identify and address missing employee data, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. Lead the annual wellness screening and new hire screening processes for benefits, promoting employee well-being.

Partner with Integrity to manage unemployment claims and verification of employment requests, providing timely and accurate information. Primary Skills & Requirements College degree in HR, Business, or related field required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR coordinator or generalist role.

Prior experience Workday HRIS experience is a plus. Customer service experience and/or Data-entry is a plus. Possesses strong Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills and knowledge.

Ability to adapt to new projects and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to perform HR related tasks with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Able to communicate on complex issues with a high level of effectiveness. Strong communication skills and ability to interact successfully with a variety of personalities.
