What's the role?

The People & Culture team is passionate about creating an inclusive, diverse, engaging and collaborative working environment for every employee at Crownpeak. Our goal is to attract, retain and develop talented employees to help us achieve our organisational goals and add to the culture we have fostered.

The P&C Administrator plays a key role in delivering the global P&C strategy by being the main resource for the Dortmund office whilst contributing to global initiatives. The role ensures that our offices runs smoothly and efficiently, collaborating with the global HR Team on recruitment, development initiatives as well as providing guidance on local practices.

What will you do?

P&C Admin

  • Maintaining the P&C email inbox and organising P&C records

  • Assisting our Payroll team with any specialist or localised reporting needs for German Payroll

  • Assisting with general queries from Managers and Employees alike, signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures or P&C team member

  • Responsible for management and reporting of all absence data (vacation, sickness, maternity etc)

  • Ensuring all data in our HRIS is accurate and updated in realtime

  • Responsible for report writing (inc Audit requirements, general information for board reports etc)

  • Creation of all contractual amendment documentation and letters

  • Assist with managing contractor engagements, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract change requests

  • Responsible for local offboarding tasks

  • Creation of all references per country requirements

  • Benefits administration and management for Dortmund Office, such as car fleet and phone management

  • Experience in a similar P&C or HR role

  • Strong knowledge of German and localised HR legislation and needs

  • Excellent written and verbal German & English

  • A proactive mindset and desire to impact positive change
