WHAT YOU'LL DO AS HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR/TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST:
Monetate's People Team is looking for a well-connected and strategic Human Resources Coordinator (HRC)/Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to support our continued headcount and company growth. The HRC/TAS will support the people team in attracting, hiring, and retaining great talent. Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
Interfacing with HR Director and People Partner in coordination of the candidate journey, inclusive of:
Administration of applicant tracking system (ATS)
Maintaining candidate status and managing communication
Ensuring compliance as it relates to recruitment efforts
Coordination of candidate travel
Designing candidate experience surveys and analyzing feedback
Organizing our employee referral process
Managing new hire onboarding process, inclusive of:
Generation of offer letters
New hire preparation
Timely process and follow up of background checks and employment references.
Completion, verification, and maintenance of I-9 forms and documentation
Maintenance of employee records
Responding to employment verification requests
Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects
Developing reports as needed to analyze business units activity
Processing employee terminations
Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
2+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
