We're looking for a People & Change National Practice Lead to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

Co-lead the growth of our National People & Change Practice through strategy development and execution, business development, client delivery, and practice management, including people management and development of our growing team. This role will require at least 10 years of People & Change experience, at least 5 years of consulting experience, and up to 80% travel.

Practice Leadership

  • Co-lead all aspects of our People & Change practice

  • Partner with current Practice Lead to define strategic direction for the practice leveraging industry and market trends (e.g., services strategy, marketing strategy, delivery capability, etc.)

  • Co-own and monitor the financial health of the practice (e.g. profitability, utilization, margin, etc.).

  • Support building a strong team of practitioners across Centric operating groups.

  • Enhance our People & Change offerings, methodologies and tools to support our core capabilities.

Business Development

  • Partner with Centric leaders to drive partnership and Centric growth across all operating groups.

  • Partner with operating groups to lead specific business development opportunities with potential clients including preparing for and co-facilitating business development meetings.

  • Organize and lead aspects of the proposal process including the development and review of RFPs and SOWs, presenting solutions to clients and closing out opportunities.

  • Continuously improve People & Change's business development materials, best practices, methods and tactics.

  • Coach People & Change team on business development opportunities they are pursuing with operating groups.

Thought Leadership & Marketing

  • Serve as an established subject matter expert and thought leader both internally and externally by authoring and contributing to the development of thought leadership materials, participating in speaking events and publishing points of view.

  • Develop & execute a People & Change marketing plan with Centric Marking team with a focus on thought leadership, whitepapers, blogs, events, and practice offerings.

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Ensure adequate oversight and successful delivery across People & Change clients, projects, and programs, including functioning in a delivery and/or subject matter expert (SME) role when necessary.

  • Equip and educate teams on client delivery best practices, methodologies and tools inclusive of collaborative touch points.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with Centric and Client personnel to foster collaboration and ensure successful delivery of expected outcomes.

  • Develop and build executive-level decks and delivery material and meet with clients to present outcomes and recommendations.

Staffing/Team Management/Development

  • Oversee recruiting, staffing and retention activities for national practice as well as supporting operating groups as needed

  • Mentor, develop and inspire National People & Change team members as well as local Service Offering leads and teams, across the various Centric operating groups.

  • Facilitate goal setting, performance, annual review and check-ins with team members.

  • Contribute to People & Change people development best practices and standards.

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • Do you like to travel? Good, because we need someone who likes being on the road. Travel will vary but expect up to 80% travel at times.

We're looking for an  Operational Excellence National Practice Lead to join our growing team and help us continue to improve our practice and deliver value the companies that we partner with . In this role, you will: Lead the growth of our National Operational Excellence Practice through delivery, business development and practice management, including the personnel management and development of a growing team.
