We have an immediate requirement for a People Change Management (PCM) Specialist with our client in Auburn Hills, MI.

Business Requirements:

Client is seeking a People Change Management (PCM) Specialist to support one or more projects. The successful candidate will be skilled in executing a Change Management methodology (ProSci, Kotter, etc.). Our ideal candidate will be skilled in working with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems. Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills are a must.

PCM Specialist will drive the PCM activities for one or more initiatives and will be accountable for accelerating awareness, adoption and reinforcement of process and tool utilization. Candidate must be located onsite in NAFTA, Auburn Hills, MI.

List of activities include but are not limited to:

PCM Planning: Scope identification, project planning, monitoring and controlling of PCM deliverables.

Develop the PCM plan and integrate with master project plan. Prepare dashboards and track PCM KPIs as part of the project.

Company Stakeholder Analysis: conduct Stakeholders interviews, analyze the results and define the action plan

Sponsor Roadmap: defining a clear roadmap for the primary sponsor(s) and enable them in their role as the sponsor of the project.

Organizational Change Impact Assessment: Identify the impact magnitude in the company Areas

Communication Planning and strategy: Creating custom communication plans to enable the business to build awareness and desire early in the project.

Coaching plans, help direct managers become coaches and change champions during the project

Change Readiness assessments, measuring PCM effectiveness and readiness of stakeholders during the project and before go-live. set up questionnaire and perform Runs, analyze results

Job Role Impact Analysis: Start / Stop / Continue - collect necessary information/input an make the document

Training: Work with business team to identify training strategy, courses, training efforts, training schedule and set up the coordination between business, IT and vendor teams. May be asked to help facilitate training and lunch & learn sessions as needed.

Create Job Aids and quick reference guide: collect needed information and development the artifacts.

Support the PCM Lessons Learned sessions during the project and post Go-Live.

Support the business and company stakeholders on all PCM activities, templates, best practices.

Collaborate with a diverse global team to achieve the project objectives.

Requirements:

Automotive industry experience with knowledge of key work areas and processes

5-7 years working in a professional corporate environment with a strong working knowledge of change management processes, methods and best practices required (Prosci ADKAR experience preferred)

Business process/continuous improvement, change management and project management expertise

Strong consulting skills: active listening skills, ability to extract and quickly process key information, summarize key needs or interests of internal customers, and provide targeted and appropriate insights and recommendations.

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) and ability to express the ideas clearly and effectively with an ability to connect with the audience

IT Project Management experience.

Person with an open mind towards cultural uniqueness and diversity

Sponsors assessment and coaching plan definition and management

Training Scope Assessment, Training Strategy and Plan definition and management

Communication strategy and Plan definition and management

Start/Stop/Continue analysis

PCM KPI definition and measurement

Experience working / leading multi-cultural teams

Proscis Certification in Change Management. (Preferred)

PMP Certification or equivalent. (preferred)

The PM will author vehicle investigations, collect and consolidate results, and publish final approval documents (action letters). The selected candidate will coordinate project timing across the enterprise and lead timing issue recovery. The PM will escalate issues and roadblocks promptly and drive issue resolution. He/she will be responsible to chair Program Management Team meetings, collect and monitor inputs for Engineering Research and Development (ER&D) spending and monitor engineering resources per approved spending plan. This Program Manager Specialist will be focused on 1 or more manufacturing regions of the global Jeep Compass. The PM will be required to coordinate teams across multiple regions to achieve common goals and objectives. The PM will coordinate objectives with engineering, product design, manufacturing, product planning, Jeep brand, finance and supply chain management.
