Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab, Pelvic Floor

Shift: Full Time Days, Monday-Friday

Experience:

Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting

Education:

1.Graduate of a physical therapy program is required.

2.BS required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1.Current PA Physical Therapy license.

2.Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire.

3.Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).
