Deep understanding of Design Patterns and Class Structure concepts
PRPC Integrations (Inbound and Outbound Integration via Web Services, Middleware and other interfaces)

Hands on experience in J2EE development
Hands on experience in Web Services development and Middleware Integration Experience (MQ series or similar)
Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules and Complex Workflows
Exposure to the PRPC Case Management
Should be able to provide estimates/sizing for high level requirements
Packaging and Deployment
Ability to come up with alternate solutions when product challenges are met
Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. Strong communication and presentation skills. Should be able to work with minimum supervision following the Pega PRPC best practices.
Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements,
Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base
Ability to Develop and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
Works in conjunction with Client Program Management Team to size, manage scope and risk.
