We are looking for a Pega Developer, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. They will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
This position is eligible to work hybrid (9 or more days a month onsite) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.

What you'll do
Lead the design and development of Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
Collaborate with business analysts and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Architect Pega solutions to address complex business problems, ensuring scalability and performance.
Mentor and guide junior Pega developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing ongoing maintenance and support.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay abreast of emerging Pega technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
Lead the design and development of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
What you need
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2 years of Pega development experience.
Pega Certified System Architect training and/or certification.
Pega Healthcare Framework, Sales Automation, Product Composer or Customer Service experience.
Experience with data modeling and a strong database background.
Knowledge and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge and familiarity with testing techniques (e.g. unit and system)
