Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect

Kornerstone, an entity of Ken Garff Enterprises, Inc., is currently looking for a talented Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. Located at the Salt Lake City, UT headquarters. 11 E Broadway, Ste 900, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. This position will be full time with a schedule from 9:00am- 5:00pm with a salary consisting of $135,803 annual salary.

Job Details Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs for Pega-based solutions.

Design and develop Pega applications, including case management, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations. Configure Pega rules, data models, and decisioning components to meet the specified business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with Pega development best practices.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve production related issues independently. Debug and troubleshoot issues in Pega applications, identifying and implementing effective solutions.

Perform unit testing and support system testing activities, ensuring the software meets functional and performance requirements. Collaborate with system architects and infrastructure teams to deploy Pega applications and manage environment configurations. Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and configuration changes for reference and future maintenance. Stay updated with the latest Pega features, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the quality and efficiency of Pega development projects.

Qualifications: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD, PLUS 3 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS A PEGA SYSTEMES ARCHITECT OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED OCCUPATION.

Special Requirements: REQUIRED EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE OF: 1.

Experience in development of Business Process Management (BPM) applications in the Automobile and Transportation industry domain using Pega technologies and agile methodologies. 2. Knowledgeable in the Initial set up of the application by defining the Rule Sets, Organizational Hierarchy, and Enterprise Class Structure. 3. Review Code and deployed to staging and production at the end of each release. 4.

Ability to Perform various Web Service integration of the application with Legacy Systems using REST web-services and Connect - SQL. 5. Monitor PDC for alerts and implement the necessary architectural/Code changes to meet regulations and SLAs. 6. Debug performance issues using PRPC tools such as Tracer, PAL and Clipboard in troubleshooting applications and for memory usage. 7.

Formulate and present business metric reports based on the data collected during case processing as a set of database record. 8. Coordinate with the project team, other IT and non-IT teams for standard practices and participate in team meetings to trouble-shoot technical issues across the multiple Pega environments. Pega Senior System Architect and Pega System Architect certifications are required.
