Pega Application Support Sr. Systems Analyst. JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Pega Application Support Sr. Systems Analyst, you will support our primary customer relationship management system.
The candidate should possess hands on experience in implementing and supporting or developing in Pega. The applicant should be excited to identify and resolve problems either identified by them or others. This role will include regular interaction with developers, IT project management and IT leadership. The application should demonstrate strong written or verbal communication skills and be comfortable interacting with other technical teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with developers and consumers to identify and remediate problems
Create, follow, and update technical documentation
Juggle multiple projects and priorities
Collaborate and communicate with team members to resolve problems or communicate a resolution
Provide BAU support for non-production and production application environments
Perform 1-2 code deployments a month as part of an on-call rotation. Typically, after hours.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related subject matter or equivalent work experience
1-4 years of implementation & support or development experience in the Pega space
Gather and document reported problems and resolutions
Possess strong interpersonal skills to work closely with clients
Possess a strong aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to express a positive "can do" attitude
Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
Have strong organizational skills with good attention to details
Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently
Comfortable working in fast paced environment
Experience implementing or supporting Pega in an enterprise environment
Background implementing or supporting Pega in the cloud or similar technology
Familiar with Pega tools such as AES, PDC, Bix, etc
