Pediatrician

Providence Medical Group Monroe is seeking a pediatrician to join a busy, collaborative, team-oriented, respectful, and inclusive place to work. Our pediatric department is staffed by 2 pediatricians, 1 pediatric PA-C, and are supported by a dedicated group of RNs, MAs, and administrative staff.

We provide high-quality care to our patients and value work-life balance for our clinicians and caregivers. Outpatient only Epic EMR, dragon and DAX On-call triage RN service all days of the year (including overnight) Onsite services include MRI, CT, US, x-ray and lab 10 - 30-year tenured clinical team with low turnover Continuing Medical Education benefits include 40 hours of CME time and $3,500 for approved medical education expenses (prorated for FTE) Paid professional and DEA licensure as well as approved medical society memberships/dues. • 457(b) and 403b plans Compensation is between $221,674 and $317,537 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, as applicable to the position.
