Our Client: Our client is a multi-specialty health center with several locations two hours west of San Antonio. They are highly dedicated to quality care for their clients/patients and consistently looking at how they can give back to the community.

The Position: Our client is looking for a qualified pediatrician to join their talented team in a full-time outpatient capacity, located in the Del Rio, TX area. They are offering the following compensation and benefits package:

• $225,000+ Base Salary
• $20k Sign On Bonus
• $10k Relocation Bonus
• 65% of Inpatient Collections
• $35k Annual Incentive
• $12k Per Mid-Level Supervised
• $550 Per Day Call

Requirements:

• BE/BC in Pediatrics
• Current Texas Medical License
• Passion for Working with a Diverse Local Community
• New Grads Welcome
• Current DEA Cert
• H1 & J1 Visas Accepted
• BLS
• Bi-Lingual (any language) is a Plus

Responsibilities:

• 8am-5pm M-F
• EMR: Greenway (Changing to NextGen in Sept)
• 100% Outpatient Available – Open to Inpatient Preferred
• 23 Scheduled Patients – Usually See 19 With No-Shows
• Minimal Call
• Affiliated with Val Verde Regional
