Home Health - Pediatric RN/LVN - Private Duty Shifts

MedCare Pediatric Group is looking for passionate Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN)/Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our Home Health Nursing Team.

• Full-Time and Part-Time openings available for day and/or night shifts

Pediatric RN/LVN Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for delivering quality skilled care to the pediatric population in the home setting for 812 hour shifts,

• Enables child to remain at home with their family instead of an in-patient facility,

• Care for clients that have serious illnesses or disabilities may be recovering from serious injuries or extensive surgery.

• Will be expected to assess their clients' conditions during every visit. This may include taking a client's vital signs, care and maintenance of gastrostomy tubes, seizure activity monitoring, tracheostomy care and maintenance, and/or care and maintenance of CPAP/BiPAP/ventilators.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas

• 6 months pediatric home health care as an RN/LVN preferred

• Current CPR card, Drivers License and Auto Liability Insurance
