Position Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-on-1 nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Monitor and document patient condition and progress

• Collaborate with team members

• Educate and support families on managing medical conditions and home care procedures

• Always ensure patient safety and comfort

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Position Requirements:

• Graduate with an accredited diploma from an Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.

• Hold a current Texas State license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

• Have reliable transportation and proof of current and valid auto liability insurance.

• Ability to lift patients when applicable.

• Trach, Ventilator, IV Infusion and PICC Line experience, a plus.
