Pediatric Registered Nurse/ Peds RN

Position Title: Pediatric Registered Nurse/Peds RN Job Type: Full-time | On-site Location: Boston MA Pay Range: $72,800.00 to $83,200 annually Yearly performance bonus & Raises other benefits Schedule: Days, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, Wednesday- Patients seen from 12 PM; staff meeting at 11 AM; Saturday Clinics- Monthly, voluntary, overtime pay; not scheduled in summer & Flexibility : Hours adjusted to ensure a 40-hour workweek and prevent overwork. Settings: Out-Patient Benefits Health Insurance: company pays 75% of the premium Health Reimbursement Account: $2,000 per calendar year for medical expenses. Qualifications Active State Registered Nursing License & experience with pediatric EMR systems (e.g., Athena) or training will be provided. Proficiency in Spanish Previous pediatric nursing experience required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Empathy, patience, and a child-friendly demeanor Adherence to ethical and professional standards (e.g., HIPAA)
