ABOUT THE POSITION

Radia is hiring a board certified/board eligible Pediatric Radiologist to join our Seattle-based practice. Position may be worked from home, anywhere in the United States.

This Nighthawk (9 p - 7a (PDT / PST)) job offers scheduling and income flexibility. The 7-day schedule will be coordinated with your triad partners, providing flexibility to meet your mutually agreed upon schedules. In a sense, while being part of one of the largest 100% physician owned practice in the United States, you have the scheduling control and flexibility of a 2-3 person practice.

The position offers enough pediatric radiology to meet CAQ requirements, however it is not 100% pediatric radiology and includes adult/general radiology.

This position offers benefits, flexible hours and schedule, based on mutual agreement. Compensation predicated on number of shifts worked.

• W-2 starting salary for a 7 days on/14 days off schedule is $100,000 with maximum incentive compensation totaling $830,000

• $50K Signing Bonus

• $2K one-time bonus per active state license

• ~35 weeks' vacation

• 401k and profit-sharing contributions. Max employee and Radia contributions: $69,000.

• Full benefits package including health, life, vision, dental, disability, and in addition to W2 compensation valued at ~$27,000. Benefits eligibility based on hours worked.

• $6k CME Stipend

• Medical malpractice, licensing fees, hospital dues, and tail premium insurance covered by Radia
