Our client is adding PEDIATRIC PHYSICAL, OT AND SPEECH THERAPISTS to their staff!

We are looking for SPEECH THERAPISTS, SPEECH THERAPIST ASSISTANTS, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS AND OT ASSISTANTS, PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANTS!

We are looking for an exceptional PEDIATRIC OT, ST AND PT’S AND ASSISTANTS to treat and/or supervise in pediatric home health setting.Are you a caring a caring professional and want to be treated like one?

Our client is currently hiring for a PRN (5-16 weekly visits), Part-time (17-25 weekly visits), or Full-time (26+ weekly visits) therapist, therapist assistants, or supervisors.Our Client takes pride in providing a fun and exciting corporate culture, where employees can thrive and enjoy their work. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer evaluations, analyze results of evaluating assessments, and report findings in a timely manner
• Formulate plan of care and set long-term and short-term goals for prescription of services for clients
• Track and record client progression and mastery of goals; observes and records client’s progress, attitudes, and behaviors, while maintaining confidentiality per HIPPA regulation and ethical standards
• Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to provide excellent care for patients
• Assess client’s home and other environments and give advice on modifications consistent with their needs and capabilities
• Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use
• Guide and educate family members and caregivers
• Use effective interpersonal relations and communication skills; facilitate the use of these skills with other team members to achieve desirable outcomes
• Participate in staff meetings and in-service education. Maintain CEU requirements as applicable per licensure
• Promote agency philosophy and follow administrative policies to ensure quality of care
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters in Occupational, Speech or Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
• License from the State of Texas in Occupational, Speech or Occupational Therapy
