Essential Functions:

Travel to provide in-home patient care and education to patients and family members
Continually assess the patients condition to ensure they are safe in the home environment
Establish trust and build long term relationships with the patient and their families
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

Must Have:

Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) License
Desire to help children and families live their best lives
