We're seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Warden, WA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and provide high-quality outpatient services, with a focus on pediatric care for children from birth to 3 years old, those with autism spectrum disorders, and patients with delayed developmental milestones.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' cognitive, physical, and emotional development
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Provide expert guidance to families and caregivers on home therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
• Active Washington state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient care experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in pediatric occupational therapy techniques
• Advanced degree or specialized training in pediatric occupational therapy
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays
