Position Title: Occupational Therapist Department: Physical Therapy
To provide occupational therapy services to patients within the department#s scope of practice and operational plan.
Services provided adhere to Occupational Therapy Standards of Practice and role delineation as well as state Occupational Therapy Licensure Regulations. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, and skilled care.

Guidance: The job requires the provision of occasional guidance and training to others. The job does not have formal or official supervisory responsibilities.

Examples of resources could include personal work materials, supplies or equipment, or very small amounts of cash. The employee has a very limited or indirect amount of control over these resources.
