Wolfson Children's Hospital is looking to add a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to our Outpatient Rehab Department in Lake City, FL. This is a Full-Time opportunity at the Wolfson Lake City Campus (Columbia County) working day shift, no weekend, holiday, or call rotation.
We are looking to hire an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist our team. This full-time position will work with an pediatric caseload at our Outpatient Lake City Clinic. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in pediatric sports orthopedics.

Occupational Therapist, Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Department, Job Responsibilities:
Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
Caseload includes various diagnoses - orthopedic, neurological, and general medical.
Participate in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities.
Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
Provide ongoing patient and family education.
