We offer a cohesive, nurturing environment where your skills and passion can thrive If a 3-day work week is appealing, this is the position for you Qualifications / Educational Requirements: Current state licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required Previous experience in pediatric healthcare is advantageous RN pediatric hospital experience accepted Strong Patient-Focused Work Ethic with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families Must be Punctual & Dependable Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Possess Strong Communication and Patient Education Skills Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Diagnose and generate treatment plans utilizing thorough patient history, ancillary lab/radiology results and professional judgement for pediatric patient population Work under the supervision and in collaboration with the Medical Director of the practice to provide comprehensive medical care to patients Participate and share the telephone on-call system proportionately with other providers (roughly 1 in 5 weekends and 1 weekday/week) Adjust to alterations in workflow to accommodate patient needs Benefits We Offer:
