Practice Information: Monday - Friday workweek Total outpatient Shared call-phone call only EPIC EMR State-of-the-art pharmacy, WIC nutrition program, on-site Wellness Center Residency teaching option Leading compensation with a complete benefits package Who we are seeking: Current Massachusetts NP licensure and /or eligibility for certification.

Current Mass CSR and DEA licenses Certification in Family Practice, Adult, or Pediatric. Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and case managers. Previous experience in ambulatory care and/or public health is preferred Demonstrate proficiency in the assessment and delivery of family planning services to a diverse population. Desirable: Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Nepali, Vietnamese Special expertise in the provision of health care to underserved, culturally diverse populations Community/Location Culturally diverse community serving more than 20,000 patients annually 90 minutes from Boston, 25 miles from Hartford, and 2.5 hours to New York City JV-2404-98496
