The camp is Beautiful! Camp has 100-150 kids ages 7-14 necessary. They are comfortable with recent grads or someone of the like in experience

1.WI or compact RN License (#/expiration) 2. Pediatric experience and someone who can handle a 24/7 schedule 3. First aid and general clinic experience/knowledge- they have a physician who writes scripts on-site 4. Responsible for administering meds as needed 5. Sympathetic and able to differentiate between sick children and those who might be homesick

Skokie3722 W. TouhySkokie, IllinoisUnited States Responsibilities 1. Provide patient care for well and sick appointments. 2. Collaborate with the physician on the patients plan of care. 3. Accurately interpret and implement treatment plan as prescribed by the Physician or Advanced Practice Nurse. 4. Performs nursing assessment utilizing a variety of assessments methods. 5. Performs nursing care according to procedures/protocols. Anticipates emergent situations and intervenes effectively and accordingly. 6. Communicate with patient, family and members of the team to identify patients health care needs. 7. Keep accurate documentation of patients treatment, medications, and vaccines in accordance with nursing standards. 8. Correctly identify medication, action, dosage, side effects and implications for the patient. 9. Educate patients and significant others related to drug interactions. 10. Administer and document medication correctly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or paper chart. 11. Telephone triage responsibilities to assess patients needs and make appropriate recommendations; conferring with Providers as necessary. 12. Set and meet appropriate expectations for patients regarding in person, phone and email contact. 13. Duties performed with excellent customer service. 14. Able to interact effectively with all members of the team. 15. Delivery of the highest quality of care to our patients. 16. Utilize critical judgment in delegating assignments to Medical Assistants or Patient Care Coordinators and ensures that assignments are completed in a timely and accurate fashion. 17. Commitment to maintain patient confidentiality. 18. Good inter-personal skills, ability to relate well with persons from a variety socioeconomic and cultural groups. 19. Collaborate with other Town & Country Pediatrics staff regarding care for patients and families. 20. Proficiency in computer skills, including Greenway electronic medical records and scheduling system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel programs. 21. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1. BSN required. 2. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. 3. Pediatric experience strongly preferred. 4. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. 5. Ability to effectively communicate with patients/families, physicians and other staff members in a collegial manner. 6.
