Overview

St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids is searching for a BC/BE pediatrician to join three other pediatric hospitalists in a 17-bed pediatric inpatient unit.

  • Average daily census of 7-8
  • Work/Life balance scheduling; 7 x 24 hour shifts per month (Day shift onsite/Night shift call from home)

Responsibilities

  • Admissions and management of pediatric inpatients, interest and competency in PICU a plus.

  • Subspecialty support includes ER, pediatric cardiology, pediatric GI, PICU, neonatology, and neurology.

  • Call is from home, averages of every 3rd weekend call and one out of every three weeks completely off.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO

  • BC/BE pediatrician

  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Ability to work as a team member

VIEW JOBS 4/19/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-18T00:00 Job Summary: The Mortgage Loan Originator II originates quality mortgage loans for both our in-house portfolio & secondary market, as well as cross sells other bank products. The MLO actively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells Bankers Trust products to meet established loan quality and production goals. Production volume for the MLO II will be > 70 closed loans annually, with closed dollar volumes a minimum of $15 million annually. Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities: * Business Development: a. Maintain professional presence with centers of influence and members of referral communities, i.e. realtors, attorneys, appraisers, and bank colleagues b. Maintain and monitor pipeline reports to ensure volume and quality are consistent with the Bank's goals and objectives, policies and procedures c. Develop leads on potential loan sources for business development and loan solicitation purposes d. Stay abreast of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment, as well as changes in rules and regulations * Production Requirements & Cross Selling a. Responsible for cross-promotion of all Bankers Trust products and services (including, but not limited to, Retail Banking products) b. Maintain minimum production for mortgage loan originations in accordance with Smart Goals c. Responsible for promotion and delivery of quality internal and external customer service d. Obtain, verify and complete required information and documentation necessary for compliance and processing of loan applications * Collaboration with Team Members a. Collaborate with colleagues to assure excellence in products and services b. Responsible for monitoring overall customer interaction and interfaces with all parties involved on each individual loan from application to closing. This includes, but is not limited to, credit counseling to and pre-qualifying potential home buyers c. Obtain applications and then partner with processors to ensure complete and compliant loan packages * Marketing a. Assist in formalizing and implementing sales strategies and marketing approaches b.
