Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, one of the leading providers in home care, is seeking a Skilled Visit Nurse to join our team in Orange, TX.

Are you looking for a flexible work schedule? Do you like independent work? If you are a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas, this job may be for you! RN Skilled Visit Nurses have the opportunity to teach, execute case management skills, and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Skilled visit nurses are responsible for completing scheduled patient visits to include weight checks, enteral therapy, NICU transition care, Synagis administration, burn/wound care, oxygen and home safety checks. Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing

  • Minimum 1 year recent clinical nursing practice, preferably in ICU or pediatrics

  • Current state(s) licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse or eligibility for licensure through reciprocity

  • Experience with NG or GTube feedings, IVs and lab draws
