What You'll Do: Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications and treatments.
Monitor patient progress, document care, and collaborate with families and care teams. Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques. Ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for patients and their families.
What We're Looking For: A valid RN license in the state of Washington (or eligibility for licensure). Current BLS certification. A complete vaccination record.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills. The ability to work independently in a home health setting. Experience in pediatric or home health care is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements • Must be able to travel • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting • Must be able to sit and climb stairs • Must have visual and hearing acuity • Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance • Must be able to appropriately respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in the home or during transport Ready to Make a Difference?
