Overview:

Aveanna Healthcare is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work within a facility setting. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to the Clinical Manager for the assigned Department.

Pay:

Starts at $40/hr

Job Duties:

Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility/unit

Possesses the knowledge and skill necessary to provide appropriate care for patients assigned by the facility/unit

Communicates effectively with patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers

Conducts ongoing assessments as determined by patient's condition and/or the client facility's policies, procedures or protocols and reprioritizes care accordingly.

Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.

Documents patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention and progress towards problem resolution.

Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff.

Reports patient condition to appropriate personnel during each shift.

Supervision of RN is managed by facility personnel.

Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing

Current CPR certification. Evidence of BLS and all additional required credentials specific to nurse specialty and as designated by facility/unit

Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of placement

At least one (1) year of experience as an RN in the United States (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting

Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance

Environment:

Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions

Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseases

There is no distinction between electrical or mechanical mechanic other than the strength of their knowledge. The work assignment is interchangeable, depending on the strength of the specialty required. * Perform some / selected functions of MAINTENANCE MECHANIC. * Perform preventive maintenance and various trouble shooting and repair functions to sustain a 24/7 operation. * Perform electronic and electrical systems inspections following established procedures or other written or verbal instructions. * Perform mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems inspections following established standard operating procedures or other written or verbal instructions. * Diagnostic of equipment malfunction, sourcing of spare / replacement part for repair. Provide suggestion for improvement. * Repair or replace defective parts or equipment, utilizing manuals, drawings, specifications and other written or verbal instructions. * Troubleshoot malfunction equipment including, but not limited to, CNC, EDM, and various robotic equipment; control for process heating / cooling equipment * Troubleshoot and maintain facility equipment including, but not limited to dust collectors, compressed air & dryer system, motors, pumps, HVAC and exhaust equipment and control and wastewater neutralization system. * Maintenance of packaging equipment such as blister pack equipment and heat sealer. * Maintenance of dip tank type parts clean line or surface treatment equipment. * Response to system failures in recovering or restoring electrical power system / machine operation. * Knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) related to equipment function and installation. * Working knowledge of mechanical code such as ASME boiler code. Plumbing code, certain aspects of Building Code. * Assist in all aspects of on-site connectivity of electrical power and testing related to utilities as requested by project managers. Education and Special Training Required: * High school education * Trade school specializing in machine tool or training certification in CNC type machine or relevant equivalent military training. * Knowledge of electrical or mechanical theory, components, codes and practices equivalent to a trade electrical journeyman or mechanical journeyman or higher level. * Knowledge and experience with cutting tools and machine shop practice. * Being a self-starter, work without supervision, able to set up work plan and material requirement, coordinate with colleagues, contractor and clients to carry out the work assigned. * Minimum 5 years of heavy metal processing, plastic and / or investment-casting manufacturing experience. * Knowledge of PLC controls * Ability to read, write, follow, and give oral instructions in English. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Be able to communicate with colleague, client, supervisor, and contractor. * Operates personal computer: MS Word or Excel. * Ability to work in all shifts as required. Knowledge of basic welding practices and techniques. * Able to use or reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams (ISA), * Able to read P&ID's drawing, loop sheets a plus. * Able to read blueprints and drawings. * Proficiency in: electronic testing, process control (PID loops), process measurement, & control, programmable logic controllers, uninterruptible power supply. * Knowledge of electrical inspection, motor and motor controls, variable speed control devices such as Danfos and Automation Direct. * Knowledge of heat-exchanger / chiller, pump, fan, dust collection, boiler, HVAC air handler, etc. * Computer skill related to PLC controlled equipment, internet search and MS Word or Excel. * Demonstrated knowledge and ability to interpret and troubleshoot electrical / electronic circuits. * Demonstrated knowledge and ability to interpret and troubleshoot pneumatic / hydraulic circuits. * Capable to communicate and interface with all levels of the workforce (associates and supervisory). Work Experience: * Repair of CNC type equipment such as EUROTECH, KITAMURA, OKUMA, KITAMURA, MATSURA, CHIRON, MAKINO, EDM (electrical discharge machine), laser marker. * Familiar with GE controller such as FANUC and YASNAC or Allen-Bradley, Directlogic, and various PLC system is a plus. * Knowledge of, motor, blower, dust collector, wet scrubber, air compressor & dryer and piping systems, vacuum pump, heat-exchanger, boiler, chiller, water filtration systems (multimedia pretreatment, reverse osmosis and deionization) and various mechanical systems * Dip-tank type parts clean line or surface treatment equipment is a plus. * Packaging machine such as blister type and heat sealer is a plus. * Familiar with HVAC equipment, wet scrubber, dust collection equipment, air compressor and related plant facility equipment is a plus. * Familiar with waste neutralization operation, service and equipment maintenance. * Knowledge or familiar with BMS (building management system), or BAS (building automation system). Such as Siemens, Teletrol, Siemens Energy Management System, CMMS (computer managed maintenance system) and fire alarm system is a plus. * Emergency power generator- testing and fuel management requirement is a plus. * Knowledge or fire protection system and utility monitoring software a plus. * Working in an FDA regulated facility is a plus.
