We are looking for a dentist that wants to put their name on the door either as an Associate or owner/ partner that wants to grow this practice and connect with our community. The Island is spectacular with tons to do and enjoy. Earning potential is considerably attractive. Great work life balance for the right dentist. Job Duties:

- Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
- Perform Pediatric procedures as diagnosed.
- Educate patients about improving and maintain and promoting routine dental health care.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsEducation and Experience:
FL DMD License or in process, Certified Pediatric Dentist
