Peak - Assistant Property Manager

This position is being filled through OU's PEAK Temporary Staffing Services. Provides property management on the University Research Campus, Max Westheimer Airport, University owned properties and leased spaces in the community.

Serves as a customer service liaison for tenants on properties assigned. Works hand in hand with various departments in solving the problems of university tenants. Comprehends and interprets lease and service agreements Assists in the preparation of budgets for accounts assigned.

Compiles data and information and produces reports. Processes facility use requests. General errands such as retrieving and distributing parking permits, mail, keys, and other items not located at Property Manager’s office.

Act as backup Building Resource Coordinator Document issues reported by tenants and create work orders, includes traveling to tenant spaces Work closely with OU Lock Shop and Property Manager to manage and audit key distribution for tenants. Track down missing keys. Perform audits of current tenant keyholders.

Manually program door locks. Performs various duties as needed in order to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
