  • The PDM analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the production bill of material in both the client EBOM system and client CoDeP system.

  • The system data is extremely critical to the industrial operations of the client.

  • However, the analysis that leads to the input is critical to determining what the input should be.

  • To be effective, the analyst must learn the vehicles by understanding the systems and components that it takes to build them and how they are configured for sale.

  • The analyst must be a skilled communicator as discussions with product engineers, purchasing, manufacturing, product planning, and other organizations' representatives are critical to doing the job correctly.

  • All of those organizations and many more are effected by the data in the BoM.

  • The change management specialist must possess the same qualities as described above, since there is some overlap in job responsibilities.

  • In fact, some people do both jobs.

  • The change specialist must fully understand the product change management process and is responsible to make certain that changes that fall within their area of responsibility are executed properly.

  • The change specialist will run the change management meetings for the chief engineer of a given vehicle and make certain that the process keeps moving so all proposed changes are dis-positioned in a timely and accurate manner.


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (ME or EE preferred) - completed within last 12 months

  • Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate and present to all levels of management.

  • Overtime may be required

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE: We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to provide support and serve as a technical resource and mentor to other employees. This role will have a strong and primary focus on Mac/Apple computer and peripheral support incidents and system management. They will mentor less-experienced colleagues in technical tasks and activities required to resolve incidents. What You'll Be Doing: * Manage Windows and Mac operating system releases, software implementations, images, monitoring tools, and hardware ordering and configuration. * Ensure systems hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and guidelines. * Take all necessary steps to resolve any end user issues and carry out daily hardware and software support activities to resolve incidents. * Configure and deploy hardware and software, deploy updates for applications and operating systems, complete patching, perform system maintenance, and enforce IT security. * Administer JAMF and KACE platforms to manage the deployment of hardware, software, and device configurations. * Work with other System Administrators to ensure reliable, secure and integrated systems environments for Windows and Mac systems. * Manage daily support ticket queue and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) as defined by leadership and the business. * Act as an escalation point for Desktop Support Specialists (Tier 1). * Provide world-class service and support for business critical systems and VIP customers. * Serve as technical lead on various system upgrades and maintenance. * Demonstrate critical thinking skills, troubleshooting, and analysis to quickly and permanently resolve IT support incidents. * Support Anti-virus, Intrusion Detection & Prevention monitoring activities and perform thorough corrective action. * Create and maintain support, design, and architectural documentation. Job Requirements What you need: * Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent experience. * 3+ years of technical, deployment, and administration experience within Mac and Windows environments (Linux a plus) including support to end users * 3+ years' experience in a medium-sized Enterprise environment (1000+ users, local and remote) * JAMF certification strongly preferred You'll also need: * Experience in problem resolution with Microsoft and Apple products, end-user IT systems and supporting individuals across business units to resolve incidents in person, through remote control technologies, and over the phone both locally and across large geographical distances * Working knowledge of the following: * Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 * MacOS * JAMF, KACE or other enterprise administration tools * Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat) (strongly preferred but not required) * Google for Work platform (strongly preferred but not required) * MS Office Productivity Suite * A strong, innate sense of urgency * Strongly self-motivated and able to meet objectives with little or no direct supervision * Strong troubleshooting skills * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Team player and self-driven * Passionate about delivering quality results We want you to know: * Some travel may be required to support remote subsidiaries * Scheduled hours may change to meet the needs of the company North American Bancard reserves the right to alter this description at any time.
